Home Depot is the second largest retailer in the country. The Home Depot is implementing WM0S from Manhattan Associates in all the distribution centers through out the United States and Canada.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

·   Designed and Developed 90 to 100 new Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports for the Distribution Centers in Canada as well as in United States.

·   Primary responsible for WMOS go – live for 6 distribution centers so far.

·   Developed Drill down, hyperlink, cross tab, slice and dice Webi Reports.

·   Responsible for universe design and deployment.

·   Successfully integrated and scheduled the Business Objects Reports in Performance Management (PM).

·   Responsible for user administration restricting the access to the reports published in PM and Business Objects.

·   Successfully supported the Business users across the distribution centers for any Business Objects production issues.

·   Interacted with various business units to develop functional specifications, for the reports.

·   Responsible for job scheduling and report development process in Business Objects to meet the dead lines for Epic implementation.

·   Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining of management, clinical and analytical reports using Business Objects CMC, Info view, Web Intelligence, Deski and Universe Designer.

Wamu progress is monitored and analyzed by both the teams Real Time Personalization as well as Marketing Services Analytics.
